• Non-performing loans (NPLs)
• Review and monitor recovery actions
• Liaise with HK and PRC solicitor firms

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor problem loans portfolio and formulate action plan to maximize financial recovery
• Ensure appropriate and updated risk rating is provided for non-performing loans
• Advise and coordinate on collection/litigation/bankruptcy cases
• Negotiate with customers and manage foreclose actions
• Liaise with HK and PRC solicitor firms for taking legal action against NPL debtors.
• Prepare credit proposal including recovery actions, debt restructuring and charge off.

Job Requirements

• University degree holder in banking, finance, risk management or law is preferred.
• Minimum 4 years banking experience, at least 5 years of experience in commercial lending, credit or debt recovery function
• Knowledge of NPL management including documentation, collateral enforcement, litigation.
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Good command of Chinese and Putonghua
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Credit Monitoring Manager
