Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of channel strategies, encompassing the entire cycle from budgeting to revenue generation.
  • Drive business expansion and establish a strong presence in the market, particularly in the areas of E-commerce/Digital marketing or modern trade (including supermarket, beauty shop/drug store).
  • Develop a deep understanding of healthcare/nutrition products, and effectively communicate their value proposition to customers.
  • Embrace ambiguity and proactively adapt strategies to changing market dynamics, ensuring agility and competitiveness.
  • Provide strong leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, suppliers, and distributors.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities and make informed business decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in either E-commerce/Digital marketing or modern trade, with a successful track record in business expansion.
  • Solid understanding of healthcare/nutrition products, with FMCG experience being a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt to changing circumstances, and make effective decisions.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the capability to analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; additional certifications or advanced degrees are a plus.
