Corporate Finance – Director

Our client is the largest stockbroker by market capitalisation and sales force size, with a strong regional and global presence. they are seeking an experienced corporate finance professional to join our team at the Director level.

• Lead and execute corporate finance transactions including IPOs, M&A, pre‑IPO investments, and equity and debt fundraising
• Manage deal execution from start to completion, including due diligence, structuring, valuation, and regulatory submissions
• Maintain and develop client relationships, providing professional financial and strategic advice
• Oversee internal approval processes and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirements
• Coordinate with external professional parties such as lawyers, auditors, sponsors, and regulators
• Review key transaction documents and presentation materials
• Support business development through client pitches, market research, and idea generation
• Guide and supervise junior team members
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
• Minimum 10 years of relevant corporate finance / investment banking experience
• Solid track record in executing IPO, M&A, and fundraising transactions
• Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements
• Good analytical, communication, and presentation skills
• Able to work independently and manage multiple transactions under pressure
• Proactive team player with strong sense of responsibility
• Excellent spoken and written Mandarin and English; Cantonese is an advantage
