Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the operational strategy for the B2B business in alignment with overall company objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams (sales, operations, production, procurement, logistics, customer success) and foster a performance-oriented, collaborative culture.
- Serve as a member of the executive team, contributing to corporate strategy, budgeting, and KPI setting.
- Own B2B revenue targets and growth plans; develop and implement go-to-market strategies for key segments and verticals.
- Build, coach and scale a high-performing B2B sales organization (direct and partner channels), including KPIs, compensation plans, pipeline management, and forecasting.
- Drive enterprise account management, contract negotiations, pricing strategy, and long-term customer relationships.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create tailored propositions and sales enablement assets.Ensure efficient, safe, and cost-effective production operations that meet quality and delivery targets.
- Oversee capacity planning, workforce scheduling, maintenance programs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Establish and monitor operational KPIs and dashboards, and lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions when needed.
- Lead procurement strategy, supplier selection and management, contract negotiation, and total-cost optimization.
- Develop and maintain a resilient supply chain with appropriate risk mitigation (supplier diversification, safety stock, alternative sourcing).
- Drive sustainability and ethical sourcing initiatives where applicable.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 12+ years of relevant experience with progressive leadership responsibility.
- Demonstrated track record scaling B2B sales organizations and operational functions in a fast-growing environment.
- Strong experience in production/operations management, procurement, and supply chain optimization.
- Proven P&L ownership and experience driving margin improvements.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder-management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Analytical, data-driven decision maker; comfortable with KPI frameworks, forecasting and performance metrics.
- Ability to operate in a hands-on manner and adapt to a high-paced, ambiguous environment.
