Job duties:
- Provide technical support for voice systems and troubleshoot issues across multiple platforms.
- Install, configure, and test IT equipment (network devices, computers, peripherals) and assist with LAN/Wi-Fi deployments at client sites.
- Support Windows OS and Office 365 applications, ensuring smooth operation and resolving technical problems.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors for escalations, maintain documentation, and submit task reports.
- Continuously learn new technologies, assist in IT projects, and develop independent troubleshooting skills.
Job requirements:
- High school diploma or above;preferably with IT-related experience.
- Basic knowledge in PC hardware/software, Networking fundamentals, Wi-Fi setup and basic troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Session Border Controllers (SBC), Microsoft Teams Voice and Avaya systems.
- Strong communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and comfortable working at client locations.
- Fluent in Cantonese and English.
