Summary:
Our client is seeking an experienced Cloud Engineer with a strong background in overseeing Cloud Managed Services across various platforms, including Azure and AWS. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale cloud infrastructure projects and possess relevant certifications.


Duties:

• Cloud Infrastructure Management: Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure solutions in Azure, AWS, or other cloud platforms.
• Project Oversight: Successfully oversee and deliver large-scale cloud infrastructure projects, ensuring they meet business requirements and are completed on time and within budget.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical guidance on cloud-based solutions.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor and optimize cloud resources to ensure high availability, performance, and security of cloud services.
• Cost Management: Analyze and manage cloud service costs, providing recommendations for optimization and efficiency.
• ocumentation: DMaintain comprehensive documentation for cloud architecture, configurations, and operational procedures.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve cloud infrastructure issues promptly, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Security Implementation: Implement and maintain security best practices in cloud environments to protect sensitive data.

Requirement:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in overseeing Cloud Managed Services with a focus on Azure, AWS, or other cloud platforms
• Proven experience successfully overseeing at least 2 large-scale cloud infrastructure contracts valued at HK$5 million or more within the past 5 years
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture and services.
• Proficient in cloud security practices and compliance framework
• Certifications: Relevant AWS or Azure cloud certifications
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and team members
• Good interpersonal and communication skills in Cantonese 

Preferred Qualfications:

• Experience with other cloud platforms (e.g., Google Cloud, IBM Cloud).
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
