Job Duties:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service delivery
- Lead and supervise the service team to maintain high service standards
- Drive revenue and achieve budgeted targets through effective upselling and cost control
- Deliver excellent member experience and handle complaints professionally
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards are consistently met
- Manage staff training, scheduling, and team development
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Hospitality or related discipline
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations with at least 3 years in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Customer-focused with a passion for service excellence
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Excellent command of English & Cantonese. Proficiency in Mandarin
