Job Duties:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service delivery
  • Lead and supervise the service team to maintain high service standards
  • Drive revenue and achieve budgeted targets through effective upselling and cost control
  • Deliver excellent member experience and handle complaints professionally
  • Collaborate closely with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards are consistently met
  • Manage staff training, scheduling, and team development

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Hospitality or related discipline
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations with at least 3 years in a supervisory role
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Customer-focused with a passion for service excellence
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent command of English & Cantonese. Proficiency in Mandarin
