Key Responsibilities:
- Develop the company’s investment strategy, medium- and long-term market plans and annual implementation plans; evaluate investment projects, supervise execution and make dynamic adjustments.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the group to ensure efficient, compliant and goal-oriented management.
- Lead industry research and market analysis to identify investment opportunities and recommend investment directions.
- Organize feasibility studies, financial analysis and risk assessments to support investment decisions.
- Lead full-cycle management of investment projects, including negotiating investment agreements, monitoring investments and driving project execution.
- Source, screen and maintain a pipeline of high-quality investment opportunities (e.g., M&A, equity investments).
- Lead due diligence, valuation modeling, transaction structuring and contract negotiations.
- Monitor operations of invested projects, provide value-added support, formulate and execute exit strategies.
- Establish investment portfolio risk management mechanisms and handle distressed or non-performing assets.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Board and Chairman.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of full-cycle investment project management experience, including at least 5 years in team leadership; proven track record leading projects with deal sizes of RMB 1 billion or above.
- Familiarity with mining investment and engineering/construction fundamentals; knowledge of related finance and marketing aspects for project development.
- Thorough understanding of investment regulations; strong risk management, cost control and safety management awareness.
- Strong leadership, project coordination, strategic planning, organizational and decision-making abilities, with high professional integrity.
- Excellent communication skills; fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese; proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking, listening).
