About the Company
Our client is a leading premium serviced office and flexible workspace provider with a strong presence across Asia. Known for delivering high-quality work environments and tailored business solutions, they serve a diverse client base including multinational corporations, SMEs, and entrepreneurs.
They are currently expanding their Hong Kong team and are looking for a high-calibre Centre Sales Manager to drive growth in the region.
The Role
Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will take ownership of the centre’s sales performance, driving occupancy and revenue growth. This is a front-facing, target-driven role ideal for a proactive sales professional who thrives in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition and maximize centre occupancy
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle including prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing
- Conduct site tours and client presentations to showcase workspace solutions
- Build strong relationships with corporate clients, SMEs, and brokers
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity within the flexible workspace sector
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and reporting
- Partner with internal teams to ensure excellent client experience and retention
Key Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience
- Experience in serviced offices, coworking, or related industries is highly preferred
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage
