• Provide supports to business units
  • University degree or above
  • At least 2 years’ experience in banking industry

Duties:

  • Perform data input and maintenance functions in various banking systems with high degree of accuracy
  • Meet productivity and accuracy targets within tight timeframe
  • Provide general administrative supports and perform a variety of clerical duties to business units/department especially for loan and deposit application
  • Perform administrative works and regular or ad hoc reporting timely

Requirements

  • University degree or above
  • At least 2 years’ experience in banking industry
  • Good command of Chinese and English both written and spoken
  • Good team player with good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Detailed minded, sound data analytical skill and able to work independently
  • Self-motivated, responsible and able to work under pressure
  • Proficient in MS office including MS Word, Excel and comfortable working with data entry systems
