Key Responsibilities:
Drive the improvement and standardization of internal business operations, including service delivery processes, internal coordination mechanisms, and execution efficiency.
Support senior leadership in rolling out strategic plans and monitoring progress to ensure milestones and objectives are met.
Develop, track, and analyze operational KPIs and performance indicators; identify gaps and recommend practical enhancement measures.
Lead and coordinate cross-department initiatives such as process optimization projects, system implementations, and workflow redesign.
Oversee core administrative and operational support functions, including expense planning, supplier coordination, and operational cost monitoring.
Establish structured reporting frameworks to provide management with clear insights into operational effectiveness and team performance.
Organize regular operational reviews and team alignment sessions to promote accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Ensure daily operations comply with internal guidelines and applicable regulatory or governance requirements.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Management, Management Studies, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in business operations, management support, or project coordination, with experience supervising teams or initiatives.
Strong data interpretation and reporting skills; proficient in Excel and business intelligence or reporting tools.
Demonstrated experience in process enhancement, operational planning, and internal coordination.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across functions and seniority levels.
Capable of handling multiple initiatives simultaneously in a dynamic and results-driven environment.
