Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients to maximize profitability and ensure satisfaction.
Lead the end-to-end sales process: prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing deals with new clients.
Represent the company at industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility and build a professional network.
Deliver on assigned gross profit budgets and provide regular forecasts for the territory.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in business or logistics-related field, or equivalent experience or related discipline
4 years of experience in Business development or sales within the freight forwarding/logistics industry.
Demonstrated success in new business development and consistently exceeded sales targets.
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin (written and spoken).
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, experience using a CRM system would be an advantage.
