Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients to maximize profitability and ensure satisfaction.

  • Lead the end-to-end sales process: prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing deals with new clients.

  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility and build a professional network.

  • Diligently maintain an updated sales pipeline and customer database by logging all opportunities and activities in the CRM system.
  • Deliver on assigned gross profit budgets and provide regular forecasts for the territory.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business or logistics-related field, or equivalent experience or related discipline

  • 4 years of experience in Business development or sales within the freight forwarding/logistics industry.

  • Demonstrated success in new business development and consistently exceeded sales targets.

  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.

  • Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin (written and spoken).

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, experience using a CRM system would be an advantage.
