Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop new business opportunities across air and sea freight services, focusing on key global and regional trade lanes
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to drive strategic sales initiatives
- Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, solution pitching, quotation, negotiation, and deal closing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to maximize long-term profitability
- Achieve assigned sales targets and gross profit budgets within the designated territory and trade lanes
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (operations, solutions, pricing, IT, finance) to design customized logistics solutions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions in CRM systems
- Monitor accounts receivable (A/R) and ensure timely collection of payments
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities to promote brand awareness and expand market presence
Requirements- Degree holder with minimum 4 years of sales experience in freight forwarding, with strong exposure to air and sea freight products
- Proven track record in new business development across international trade lanes
- Strong understanding of logistics solutions, pricing structures, and market dynamics
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
