About the Company

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across air and sea freight services, focusing on key global and regional trade lanes
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to drive strategic sales initiatives
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, solution pitching, quotation, negotiation, and deal closing
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to maximize long-term profitability
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and gross profit budgets within the designated territory and trade lanes
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (operations, solutions, pricing, IT, finance) to design customized logistics solutions
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions in CRM systems
  • Monitor accounts receivable (A/R) and ensure timely collection of payments
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities to promote brand awareness and expand market presence
Requirements
  • Degree holder with minimum 4 years of sales experience in freight forwarding, with strong exposure to air and sea freight products
  • Proven track record in new business development across international trade lanes
  • Strong understanding of logistics solutions, pricing structures, and market dynamics
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
