Job Duties:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients and industry stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with recruitment consultants to align services with client requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Attend networking events and industry conferences to promote the agency and generate leads.
  • Provide regular reports on business development activities and performance metrics to management.
  • Perform ad-hoc assignments as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the recruitment or staffing industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
