Job Duties:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients and industry stakeholders.

- Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Collaborate with recruitment consultants to align services with client requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Attend networking events and industry conferences to promote the agency and generate leads.
- Provide regular reports on business development activities and performance metrics to management.
- Perform ad-hoc assignments as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the recruitment or staffing industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
