Responsibilities
- Market Expansion: Explore different districts to proactively identify and engage potential SME merchants and retail businesses.
- Consultative Selling: Act as a business consultant to introduce premium payment solutions, helping merchants attract high-spending customers and modernize their digital payment infrastructure.
- Merchant Onboarding: Manage the full onboarding process, including KYC document collection, account setup, and terminal enablement.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term rapport with merchants to ensure high service satisfaction and active card acceptance.
Required qualifications
- Education: Higher Diploma or above in any discipline.
- Experience: 1-2 years of sales experience is a plus; experience in Payments, Credit Cards, or Banking is highly preferred.
- Fresh Graduates: We highly welcome candidates with a "can-do" attitude and a passion for sales (Full training will be provided).
- Language: Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English.
- Attributes: Outgoing, presentable, and highly self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve targets.
