Summary
Our client, a leading Apparel Retail company, is seeking a Business Development Director in Hong Kong to lead franchise business development and new shop openings.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead franchise business expansion, including identifying franchise partners and driving new shop openings.
• Conduct market research and trend analysis aligned with the company’s development plan, annual goals, and business strategies.
• Drive core business growth initiatives and adjust strategies based on market insights and franchise performance.
• Analyze competitors and provide strategic recommendations on market positioning, product direction, and franchise model enhancement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute franchise and market promotion activities, and assess their effectiveness.
• Collect market intelligence and generate insights for business and franchise strategy planning.
• Prepare regular market and business development reports for management review.
• Represent the company at franchise and industry events to enhance brand exposure and strengthen partnerships.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
• Experience in business development, franchise expansion, market research, or corporate strategy.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Knowledge of the apparel, retail, or franchise market is preferred.
• Strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
