Job Summary:
You will be worked as an experienced **Business Data Analyst** with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in data analysis, and have a proficiency in SQL and Power BI/Tableau, and a proven ability to design use case and KPIs for business.


Job Description:

• Define usable KPIs or metrics for business process
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define KPIs
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling, row-level security, etc.)
• Translate business questions into clear analytical approaches and deliver actionable insights
• Present findings and dashboard walkthroughs to both technical and non-technical audiences (including senior leadership)
• Collaborate with data engineers on data pipeline improvements when needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
• Advanced SQL proficiency (ability to write efficient, complex queries on large datasets)
• Strong business acumen – ability to understand how data drives business outcomes
• With experience presenting to stakeholders and leadership
• Attention to detail
• Proficient in Cantonese and English

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Power BI/Tableau
• Knowledge of Python for analytics (nice to have)
