Business Analyst (Up to 45K, Banking)

Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and translate business needs into clear functional requirements to support digital initiatives
- Perform user research and journey analysis to identify opportunities for improving customer experience
- Develop and manage user stories, epics, and product backlogs with defined acceptance criteria
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (UX, engineering, QA, architecture) to drive product development in Agile environments
- Conduct impact and feasibility assessments to support solution design across systems
- Support testing cycles including sprint testing, UAT, and release validation to ensure quality delivery
- Enhance digital platforms (mobile apps, online banking, websites) through continuous improvement of content, features, and usability
- Coordinate stakeholders and manage issues/risks to ensure smooth project execution
Requirements
- Degree in Business, IT, or a related discipline
- At least 2 years of experience in digital projects, business analysis, or transformation initiatives
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Familiar with Agile methodologies, design thinking, and customer-centric design principles
- Good communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Knowledge of digital platforms or banking systems is an advantage
- Proficient in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Teams
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
