  2. telemedicine App featuring online consultations with Hong Kong-based doctors

 

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to spearhead our market expansion in Hong Kong. The ideal candidate will possess an established network within the TCM clinic and hospital sectors and will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships, driving revenue across our B2B solutions, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Expansion: Lead business development and clinic acquisition in Hong Kong. Define target customer profiles and establish standardized cooperation frameworks and processes.
  • Channel Strategy: Develop and implement mutually beneficial channel partnership models, including profit-sharing mechanisms, cycles, and safeguard measures.
  • Sales & Management: Oversee market operations in Hong Kong, including lead generation, opportunity development, and project management for key accounts.
  • KPI Achievement: Meet and exceed sales KPIs, including order targets, revenue goals, collection metrics, and profitability indicators.
  • Team & Operations Management: Participate in team building, system development, daily operational management, expense control, and KPI monitoring.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5-10 years of proven channel sales or business development experience, with extensive existing networks and resources in the healthcare sector, specifically with TCM clinics and hospitals.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written communication abilities with experience in developing market expansion materials. Candidates may be asked to provide a sample of a recent presentation/deck.
  • Resilience: Strong mental fortitude and a proven track record of achieving targets in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
  • Technical & Language Skills:
    • Full professional proficiency in Cantonese (reading, writing, speaking).
    • Fluency in English and Mandarin.
    • Advanced skills in MS Office (especially Excel), mind-mapping software, and WPS.
  • Eligibility: Must possess either Shenzhen household registration (Hukou) or Hong Kong Permanent Resident status, with the ability to work in Hong Kong long-term and travel there frequently.

 

Preferred Skills & Knowledge:

  • Experience in medical services, medical device sales, or healthcare technology.
  • Strong business acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Expertise in business development and strategic communication.

  • Mandarin (Required)
