Bar Captain
Salary: HKD 27,000 per month
Responsibilities- Support daily Food & Beverage operations and deliver excellent service to Members and guests
- Greet Members in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist the supervisor in ensuring staff compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and service standards
- Support implementation of new or updated SOPs
- Train, coach, and guide new staff and trainees to maintain service quality and align with Club culture
- Promote Club facilities and services to Members
- Collect and relay Food & Beverage feedback to the culinary team for follow‑up and menu planning
- Coordinate delivery of marketing programmes and promotional materials
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements- Form 5 or above; Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent preferred
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in hotel or sizable catering operations, with at least 2 years in a similar role
- Strong service mindset with good upselling skills; wine knowledge is an advantage
- Knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage
- Fluent Cantonese; English and Mandarin proficiency is an advantage
