• Completed HKSI 1,7,8 and IIQE 1,2,3
  • 3 years of retail banking call center experience
  • Handle enquires / complaints of customers

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the overall daily operation of the Customer Service Department.
  • Perform the full spectrum of customer service duties, including providing support to walk-in clients and handling enquiries regarding banking, investment, and insurance via phone and email.
  • Handle customer enquiries and complaints.
  • Prepare and manage complaint case reports in accordance with internal procedures.

Requirements

  • Diploma / Associate Degree holder or above.
  • Over 3 years’ experience in retail banking / phone banking / securities.
  • Customer service experience is highly preferred.
  • Retail banking staff are strongly welcomed; securities firm staff are also welcome.
  • Proficient in English and Cantonese, with good Mandarin.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • HKSI Modules 1, 7, 8 and IIQE Modules 1, 2, 3 (you may start the job before completing the qualifications)
