- Bank CSA or teller service experience
- Counter service operation exp
- 5.5 days, HK (KLN/NT), good & stable environment
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or above
- Hands-on Customer Service Ambassador/ teller experience
- Proactive, customer-oriented with pleasant disposition
- Presentable, strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge in counter service operation and account opening documentation requirement
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua will be an advantage
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior grading.
