Responsibilities:
- To act as a single point of contact of selected top-tier discerning cardholders.
- To provide proactive and tailored account management. This includes providing exceptional Lifestyle Concierge and account related services to ultra-high net-worth clients, ensuring clients' needs are met and exceeded (where possible) to deliver a highly memorable and valuable experience.
- Advise customers to enrich the relationships through spend engagement, fee-based products/ services, based on their current and future customer needs.
- Acquire new customers through converting referral leads.
- To work closely with the Affluent Product & Marketing team and to create a superior product and customer journey for affluent segment.
- To collaborate with Banking segment (Consumer banking and Private banking) and offer Wealth Solutions to cardholders.
- To liaise, monitor and gate-keeping the lifestyle services provided by external vendors.
- Ensure adherence to Compliance, Risk & Controls, and KYC/AML requirements.
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding the company, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in service management and servicing affluent customers is a MUST
- Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
- Fluent and articulate in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Working knowledge of Chinese Dialects, Japanese or European languages will be a plus
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel and the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Outstanding problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex customer service enquiries in a prompt, courteous and professional manner
- Strong attention to details and administrative capabilities
- An ability to demonstrate strong empowerment and decision-making skills with excellent verbal and written communications
- A good team player, being cooperative and work effectively within the group
- Required to attend events and reply to customer's enquiries in the evenings and/or weekends
- A flair for creativity and a genuine interest in travelling, fashion, the arts, music, sports, and theatre would be an added advantage
- Ability to manage both internal and external relationships; Ability to multi-task.
