Responsibilities:
- Execute hyper‑personalization journeys and data‑driven campaigns to boost digital engagement, revenue, and Net New Investment Assets (NNIA).
- Support and optimize content strategy across digital platforms (app, website, email, social media) to drive lead generation and transactions.
- Assist in tracking KPIs, analyzing performance data, and refining strategies to maximize content impact and conversion.
- Support lead capture and nurturing through the sales funnel.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless execution and regulatory compliance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, campaign management with data analysis and tracking marketing KPIs, or a similar role, preferably within a large organization.
- Demonstrable experience with personalization strategies and content management systems (CMS).
- Strong project management with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work collaboratively across different teams.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin is a plus).
