Position Overview
  • Collaborate with the Line Manager to inspire, supervise, and lead both part-time and full-time team members.
  • Ensure that facilities are maintained to top-notch standards, enhancing the overall customer experience.
  • Foster meaningful connections with members while effectively resolving any complaints related to the Recreation team.
  • Analyze program and facility usage data, conducting research to make informed recommendations.
  • Maintain compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) across your designated areas of responsibility.
  • Implement safety measures to protect guests, ensuring a secure environment.
  • Aid the Line Manager in planning and managing the department’s marketing initiatives and budget.
  • Create staff rotas for all recreational personnel, bringing any discrepancies to the attention of the supervisor.
  • Oversee the management of the official sports teams.

 

Ideal Candidate
  • A degree in relevant fields such as Recreation and Leisure Management.
  • Minimum of five years in a supervisory role within leisure or recreation environments.
  • Strong leadership capabilities paired with excellent interpersonal skills for engaging effectively with staff and customers.
  • Proficient in both English and Chinese with outstanding communication skills.
  • Experienced in using MS Office applications.
  • Customer-oriented with a strong focus on people management and a collaborative team spirit.
