- Basic understanding of engineering
- with experience of handling documents/shipment reporting

Responsibilities:
- To deliver strategic business targets through sales activities, promoting products and solutions including spares, services, and retrofits.
- Plan and drive overall growth strategy and market share by selling service portfolio in line with customer needs. Promote service business 2-stroke engines, 4-stroke engines, turbochargers, and propulsion systems.
- Interact and manage key customers and meet their perception/expectation. Manage and positively influence the customer’s buying unit
- Budgeting and forecasting, maintaining business plans, market intelligence aunit.usiness development.
- Identify total service potential in market, evaluate opportunities and develop mid-term and long-term sales activity plan.
- Initiate and drive service agreements and long-term contracts to improve service volume and customer loyalty.
- Monitor & analyse major customer complaints & claims, coordinate with other functions to develop the appropriate solutions.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in marine /mechanical engineering or equivalent
- 3-5 years of Sales/Account Management experience preferred.
- Deep knowledge of the products of other engine makers highly advantageous
- Good command in spoken and written English
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
