Assistant Restaurant Manager | Chinese Cuisine | up to 36K | 2-3 months bonus

Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality service
- Support the Restaurant Manager in maintaining excellent guest experience and handling customer feedback or enquiries
- Supervise, coach, and motivate service team members to meet service and performance standards
- Monitor service flow, reservations, and table turnover during daily operations and peak periods
- Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and operational procedures
- Assist with inventory control, ordering, and basic cost management
- Support cash handling, POS operations, duty rosters, and administrative tasks
- Maintain staff discipline, grooming, attendance, and workplace professionalism
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Hospitality, Catering, or related discipline preferred
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in restaurant operations, with supervisory experience
- Experience in Chinese dining or fine dining environment is an advantage
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
- Good command of Cantonese and English; Putonghua is an advantage
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays in a fast-paced environment
