Our client, a telecommunications provider, is now looking for MCX Engineer join within their team.

n this position, you will:

• Lead and manage the delivery of ELV projects, including CCTV, access control, public address, structured cabling, and other related systems.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocations to ensure timely execution.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to align project objectives.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Prepare and present project reports, documentation, and updates to stakeholders.
• Manage procurement processes, including vendor selection and material approvals.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams throughout the delivery cycle.

To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in ELV project delivery or project management.
• Strong knowledge of ELV systems (CCTV, access control, fire alarm, BMS, structured cabling, etc.).
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office applications.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is an advantage.
• Experience working on large-scale commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with local building codes and international standards.
