Our client is a leading global international education and cultural exchange organization operating across 30+ countries. Due to continued growth in their University Pathways and Language Programs division, they are urgently seeking a commercially minded education professional to join their Hong Kong team.
The RoleThis is a senior consultative sales and advisory role focused on overseas university foundations, pathway programs, and language immersion. You will drive enrollments while supporting the Product Head in strategic business planning, marketing, and team coaching—making this an ideal stepping stone to future product leadership.
Key ResponsibilitiesDrive Enrollments: Achieve revenue and recruitment targets through consultative selling (face-to-face, virtual, and events).
Student Advisory: Guide students and parents on overseas progression routes, foundation pathways, and admissions strategies (UK, US, AU, Europe).
End-to-End Pipeline: Manage the full student journey from initial inquiry, CRM follow-ups, and enrollment to pre-departure support.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with local schools, universities, partners, and internal overseas academic teams.
Events & Marketing: Organize and deliver seminars, education fairs, school presentations, and info sessions.
Strategy & Team Support: Assist the Product Head with market planning, campaign execution, and coaching/training junior consultants.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Experience: 5+ years in international education, study abroad consulting, student recruitment, or high-touch consultative sales.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of overseas education systems (UK, US, or AU preferred) and university admissions.
Languages: Fluent English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.
Attributes: Commercially driven, excellent presentation skills, and a passion for international education. Overseas study or work experience is highly preferred.
