Key Responsibilities

  • Relationship Management:

Cultivate strong connections with third parties like online media platforms and websites.

Establish enduring relationships with influencers, community moderators, brand advocates, and key partners. Serve as the primary liaison, ensuring effective communication and successful collaborations.

Proactively engage with online media to foster relationships.

  • Influencer Marketing Execution:

Aid in identifying, evaluating, and selecting potential influencers and content creators.

Oversee the entire process of influencer campaigns, from outreach and negotiation to contract administration and performance evaluation.

Coordinate content guidelines, ensure brand adherence, and analyze campaign performance.

  • Community Building & Engagement:

Act as a dynamic brand representative within the community, promoting positive interactions, addressing inquiries, and gathering valuable user insights.

Assist in organizing online events, webinars, and contests to enhance community involvement and loyalty.

  • App Growth Strategy Implementation:

Support the implementation of user acquisition and retention campaigns targeting downloads and engagement.

Collaborate with performance marketing and product teams to optimize app store listings and deploy growth strategies.

Analyze app performance data for trends and improvement suggestions.

  • Market Expansion & GTM Support:

Conduct research to facilitate exploration of new markets, including competitor analysis and audience segmentation.

Aid in developing and testing go-to-market strategies for these regions.

Assist in tailoring marketing campaigns and content for new target audiences.

 

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or community management.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in executing influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, proactive approach, and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Analytical mindset with a capacity to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Fluency in Chinese and English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
