- 3 years’ working experience or above
- Able to handle basic accounting independently
- Experience with Odoo will be an advantage
Responsibilities:
- Prepare full sets of accounts and produce monthly management reports.
- Issue invoices, process vouchers, and maintain internal reports and reconciliations.
- Handle daily cashflow operations, including supplier invoice processing, payments, customer billing and receipt management.
- Independently manage accounting tasks such as accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Support the accounting supervisor with annual audits, preparation of final accounts and budget processes.
- Perform bank reconciliations.
- Contribute to the improvement and development of computerized accounting systems.
- Carry out other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Accountancy, Finance or a related field.
- Preferably 3+ years of relevant working experience.
- Capable of handling core accounting responsibilities independently.
- Proficient in office applications, with strong Excel skills.
- Experience with Odoo is a plus.
- Strong written communication skills, competent in preparing formal documents, with excellent overall communication ability.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Candidates with more extensive experience may be considered for an Accountant position
