Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze Customer's business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and assessing the feasibility of proposed solutions.

Lead and manage vendors to ensure high-quality delivery of application projects throughout all phases, including development, quality assurance, user acceptance testing (UAT), production launch, and subsequent maintenance support.

Provide technical expertise and support to Customer 's end-users, troubleshooting application issues, resolving system errors, and ensuring smooth and uninterrupted operation of applications.

Maintain comprehensive documentation of applications, including user manuals, technical specifications, and standard operating procedures (SOPs), and facilitate training sessions to educate users on application usage and best practices.

Ensure all applications comply with relevant security standards and regulations, assist in the implementation of appropriate security measures and conduct regular audits and risk assessments.

The on-site IT application projects implementation and support services provider should :-

1. Demonstrate familiarity with major IT application platforms, including but not limited to Microsoft Dynamic 365 CRM, SAP SuccessFactors HCM, SAP S4/HANA ERP, Mytepro PMS&FMS and SAP Concur Reimbursement effectively implementation and support application integration and management; and
2. Exhibit knowledge of smart facilities, building management applications, corporate website CMS and online registration systems to ensure effective implementation and support.

Provide any additional IT application projects implementation and support services as requested by Customer, subject to approval and compliance with General Security Requirements.

Requirement:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines.

At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in IT application projects, implementation, and support.

Must have experience in business analysis, requirement gathering

Must have experience in coordinating multiple vendors, ability to track vendor deliverables, enforce contract compliance, and oversee SLAs

Must have qualifications on project management and IT services management

Occasionally travel or work in Lok Ma Chau Office is required (Shuttle bus service is available)
