Job Responsibilities
  • Support the execution of corporate finance transactions, including IPOs, capital raising exercises, placements, mergers & acquisitions, corporate advisory, and other investment banking activities.
  • Assist in deal origination and execution, including the preparation of pitch books, presentations, and marketing materials.
  • Conduct industry and company research, financial analysis, valuation, financial modelling, due diligence, and market assessments.
  • Evaluate potential business opportunities, support transaction execution, and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Liaise and coordinate with legal advisers, auditors, regulators, and other professional parties involved in IPOs and corporate finance transactions.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree holder with a strong academic track record.
  • Professional qualifications such as CPA, CFA, or equivalent are preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in capital markets, corporate finance, investment banking, or related fields gained from reputable financial institutions.
  • Strong analytical, financial modelling, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of integrity, self-motivation, and creativity.
  • Passionate about investment banking and capital markets.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, quick learner with strong numerical and critical thinking abilities.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and within a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
