• Fluent in spoken English + Chinese (Putonghua or Cantonese)
• 1+ years experience in AI/ML development or enterprise application
• Experience with Azure AI Search, RAG, or agentic AI workflows preferred

Job Description:

• Develop and maintain AI/ML models for NLP and computer vision.
• Build and optimize RAG applications using Azure AI Search or similar tools.
• Design and implement agentic AI workflows for multi-step reasoning.
• Conduct performance tuning, A/B testing, and monitoring of AI systems in production.
• Deploy containerized solutions with OpenShift/Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with developers to integrate AI into web/mobile applications.

Requirements:

• Bachelor or above in Computer Science, Data Science, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in AI/ML or enterprise application development.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) for AI deployment; familiarity with Azure AI Search or Copilot Studio is a plus.
• Fluent spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua or Cantonese) is a must.
• Able to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with vector databases or knowledge graphs is advantageous.
