Our client, is a leading Chinese bank in Hong Kong, they are currently looking for Agency Temp Operations Clerk to join their team. 

 

Responsible

  • Oversee the entire onboarding process for new clients, actively follow up with both bank branches and internal stakeholders
  • Liaise with front office/ bank branches, responsible for client account opening as a maker
  • Conduct initial KYC reviews, screening existing and new clients for negative news and sanctions.
  • Perform variety of back office support functions, such as customer account maintenance, document filing and etc.
  • Provide support for miscellaneous system and regulatory projects, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and other related tasks associated with onboarding services

 

Experience Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above with at least 1 years of experience in client onboarding or KYC for retail clients
  • Experience in working with sales/front office and clients directly
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with good written English and Chinese, knowledge of Mandarin would be a definite advantage.
  • Knowledgeable of Microsoft software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing.
  • Efficient, self-motivated, hardworking and good client servicing skills
