Key Responsibilities
Execute the division’s sales strategy by managing aftermarket product sales and achieving assigned sales targets
Drive sales opportunities independently while collaborating with internal teams to move projects forward
Partner closely with the product team and Field Service Engineers to understand customer needs, gather market intelligence, and support smooth daily sales activities
Develop and deliver tailored customer proposals, including service plans, fixed‑price services, repair solutions, and optimization offerings, supported by effective pricing strategies
Build, develop, and maintain strong customer relationships within the assigned territory to ensure long-term satisfaction
Provide technical recommendations and solutions to customers to improve equipment performance and utilization
Internal Coordination & Account Management
Work collaboratively with service, machine sales, and credit teams to achieve overall business objectives
Coordinate with service teams to deliver timely and effective solutions to customer requirements
Manage account receivables in line with company credit policies and procedures
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
Minimum 2 years of experience in technical or solution-based sales; experience in machinery or project management is an advantage. Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Sales Engineer
Proven ability to grow customer accounts through structured sales strategies and opportunity identification
Strong communication and presentation skills with a solution-oriented, customer-focused mindset
Demonstrated drive to achieve targets, with a positive, growth-oriented, and proactive attitude
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
