Our client is an International School; they are looking for Admission Consultant/ Manager for their expanding team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets for overseas study courses.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key partners, agents, and institutions to promote our courses.
  • Lead a sales team to effectively promote and sell overseas study courses.
  • Provide guidance and support to sales team members to enhance their performance.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Travel domestically and internationally to attend conferences, events, and meet with partners and clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other departments to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the education or related industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel frequently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
