Requirements:
- F.7 or above with at least 2-year experience in an office environment
- Fresh graduates are also welcomed
- Good command of Cantonese and English, Mandarin is an advantage
- Able to handle shipping documents, and arrange transportation independently
- Proficient in using MS Word, Excel and Power Point
- Pleasant with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work independently and take own initiative
- Self-motivated, detail-minded and able to work under pressure
- Previous experience of administrative tasks and/or sales & marketing will be an advantage
- Experience in F&B/FMCG industry will be an advantage
- Experience with Xero or other accounting systems would be a plus
- Immediate availability is preferred
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties
- Handle shipping documents and importation
- Manage inventory movement and prepare sales and inventory reports
- Support Accounts and Marketing Team for daily operations
- Handle travel arrangements and expense reimbursement
- Perform outdoor assignments
- Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned by supervisor
