Company Overview

Our client is an international organisation with a regulatory and service mandate, backed by a foreign government framework but operated as a professional, corporate office in Hong Kong.

It maintains multiple offices across key global hubs and has built a strong reputation for compliance, safety and long‑term partnerships with leading corporations.

The Hong Kong team is small, stable and international, offering close collaboration with senior management and meaningful exposure to cross‑border work.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide full spectrum secretarial and administrative support to the Hong Kong office management.

  • Handle correspondence, document preparation, filing and data entry in English and Chinese.

  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements and logistics with overseas offices and external partners.

  • Assist with daily office operations, including reception, supplies and vendor liaison.

  • Support simple reporting and internal coordination, with opportunities to learn more about regulatory / compliance procedures.


Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 3–6 years’ experience as Secretary / Admin in international company, professional services, legal, financial or regulated‑industry environment.

  • Higher Diploma / Degree, strong written English and Chinese, proficient in MS Office.

  • Detail‑minded, organised and mature; enjoys a stable, international workplace and can communicate confidently with overseas stakeholders.
