Job Details
- Responsible for general administrative and clerical support for Facilities Management Team to manage daily operation of general office such as consumables / stationary ordering & procurement, make service call for maintenance works; courier service arrangement; door access record and user list etc.
- Liaise with internal and external parties for vendor management e.g. Handling quotations, contracts, payment and invoices in procurement system
- Perform ad-hoc task as assigned by superior
Requirement
- DSE holder or above with at least 2 years’ working experience in the Administration field
- Customer-oriented and self-motivated
- Able to work independently and handle multi-tasks
- Good communication skill and good team player
- Good PC knowledge especially in MS Word & Excel
- Immediate Available is highly preferred
