  • Job Details

     

    • Responsible for general administrative and clerical support for Facilities Management Team to manage daily operation of general office such as consumables / stationary ordering & procurement, make service call for maintenance works; courier service arrangement; door access record and user list etc.
    • Liaise with internal and external parties for vendor management e.g. Handling quotations, contracts, payment and invoices in procurement  system
    • Perform ad-hoc task as assigned by superior

     

    Requirement

    • DSE holder or above with at least 2 years’ working experience in the Administration field
    • Customer-oriented and self-motivated
    • Able to work independently and handle multi-tasks
    • Good communication skill and good team player
    • Good PC knowledge especially in MS Word & Excel
    • Immediate Available is highly preferred
