Our client is a leading insurance company, they are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to support the team.

  Responsible:

  • Support to provide sufficient services to agents in supporting the agency business (distributing policies, claims cheques, new agent welcome kits, masks, BU’s documents, courier services, Share PC support, room booking, counter services, refilling product brochure and application form etc.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above
  • With experience in insurance industry is a plus
  • Must be able to multi-task and prioritize
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin
  • Good knowledge on various MS Office functions.
  • Able to perform tasks proactively and prudently.
