Responsiblities:

  • Take charge of end-to-end Contractor Management process on onboarding/offboarding activities, payroll/visa management
  • Administration to update HR systems on new hires, leavers and timesheet/attendance records
  • Manage on Contractors' timesheets and payroll inquiry
  • Work closely with Finance team on invoicing
  • Prepare headcount data for reporting usage
  • Other Ad-hoc HR duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • University degree preferred with minimum 2 year experience in administration area, preferrable with HR experience
  • Effective communicator with excellent presentation and customer service skills
  • Have ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced and results-driven environment
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Passion for being in the "people business" with excellent client management and customer servicing skills
