Job Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office administrative tasks, including documentation, data entry, filing, and maintain intranet contact information accuracy.
  • Provide administrative support to management & sales staff.
  • Serve as a point of contact for incoming calls (inquiries), staff, suppliers, and visitors.
  • Oversee fixed assets, office insurance, services contract renewals, service level monitoring, and compliance.
  • Assist in coordination and documentation related to office renovation, maintenance, and environmental & facilities management.
  • Attend to company guests with professionalism, providing on-site support during catering or dining events as required.
  • Coordinate and assist in organizing staff activities and events.
  • Handle any ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned.

 

Job Requirement

  • Diploma or above.
  • Minimum 2 years' working experience in all-round office administration functions.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
