Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle full set of accounting operations including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, invoicing, and month/year-end closing.
  • Manage trade documentation, customs declarations, and correspondence with Trade, Customs & Commerce Bureau.
  • Coordinate with logistics providers, warehouses, and transportation companies.
  • Process Purchase Orders, Sales Orders, inventory management, repair & maintenance, and customer service related accounting matters.
  • Assist in digital transformation using Microsoft 365, Copilot, and Microsoft ERP system.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics from a recognized university in Hong Kong.
  • 1-3 years of relevant working experience (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Hands-on experience in international trade documentation, customs clearance, and logistics coordination.
  • Trilingual in Mandarin, English, and Cantonese (all three languages are business working languages).
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365, Copilot, and ERP systems.
  • Strong numerical sensitivity, meticulous, and detail-oriented.
  • High EQ and AQ, able to work smart and adapt to ambiguous, fast-paced startup environment.
