Accounting Assistant Manager | 48K | Retail / Beauty Sector

Responsibilities:- Prepare monthly management accounts and support interim/annual reporting (HKFRS, Listing Rules)
- Manage full-set accounting, including month-end close, reconciliations, and AR/AP monitoring
- Support audits and ensure regulatory compliance
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to drive business insights
- Support tax filing, cash flow monitoring, and banking activities
- Improve internal controls, finance systems, and workflows
- Participate in ad hoc projects (e.g. M&A, fundraising, restructuring)
Requirements:- 5–8 years’ accounting experience; HKICPA/ACCA (or in progress) preferred
- Experience in listed companies or healthcare/retail industries is a plus
- Strong Excel and ERP skills
- Experience with audits and financial reporting is advantageous
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines
- Proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
