Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor holder or above in Accountancy, Finance or related disciplines
  • Around 3 years’ working experience or above is preferred
  • Able to handle basic accounting independently, with full set accounting experience
  • Proficient in office software, especially the use of Excel, experience with Odoo will be an advantage
  • Good writing and communication skills
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform full set of accounts and preparation of monthly reports for management, handle all accounting issues including account receivables, payable.
  • Prepare invoices, vouchers and in-house reports/reconciliations.
  • Manage daily payment and receipt tasks, including vendor invoice processing, payments, customer billings, and receipt handling.
  • Assist accounting supervisor in annual audit, final accounts and budget.
  • Perform bank reconciliation.
  • Participate in computerized system enhancement and development.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Candidate with more experience will be considered for an Accountant role.
