Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate the market, generate new business, and expand the customer base.

  • Identify and prioritize target accounts and industries, and develop sales plans and tactics to effectively reach potential customers.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs, and providing tailored IT solutions to address their challenges.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop compelling sales proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase the value of IT solutions.

  • Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and provide regular reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics, trends, and areas for improvement.

  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to effectively position the company's IT solutions in the market.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., sales management, CRM) are a plus.

  • Proven experience in IT sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Previous experience in sales management or team leadership is highly desirable.

  • In-depth knowledge of IT products, solutions, and services, including hardware, software, networking, cloud computing, and security.

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence decisions, and close deals.

  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on coaching, motivating, and developing sales professionals.

  • Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence both internal and external stakeholders.
