• CCNA or CCNP certification is required.
• Minimum of 3 year solid experience in network administration and support
• Good command of both written and spoken in English and Cantonese

• Provide onsite support for network devices installation and maintenance.
• Perform Move, Add, Change (MAC) and delete operations for various firewall platforms, including Checkpoint, Fortinet, and Cisco Firepower.
• Execute MAC and delete tasks for security groups in cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
• Perform post-change troubleshooting of network switch ports, working closely with requestors.
• Carry out cable patching as part of BAU requests.
• Coordinate with cabling vendors to facilitate cable patching activities.
• Perform network hardware installations following standard Operating Procedures (SOP) provided by the organization

• Minimum of 3 year solid experience in network administration and support
• Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• CCNA or CCNP certification is required.
• Experience in firewall management (Checkpoint, Fortinet, Cisco Firepower, etc..).
• Strong troubleshooting skills in network environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
