  • Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Studies, Architecture, etc.
  • Experience/ Knowledge in CAD software/ BIM /drawing software is preferred
  • Good command of both written and spoken in English and Cantonese
  • Check application forms and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Collect and verify additional information, records and documents when needed.
  • Review plans, technical documents, certificates and reports.
  • Conduct site inspections, prepare reports/statistics, and handle other related technical duties
  • Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Studies, Surveying, Engineering, Architecture, Town Planning or related disciplines is highly preferred.
  • Experience or knowledge of CAD, BIM or other drawing software is highly preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of site inspections and reviewing architectural/building materials is highly preferred
  • Good command of both written and spoken in English and Cantonese
