1. 專責協調部門會議的預約需求
2. 負責跟進及執行會議場地設置, 確保會議順利進行
3. 協助會議賓客迎送等安排
4. 協助會議活動用具及設施的採購

Requirements:
-Degree or above
-Familiar with Ms Office
-Fluent in Chinese (Cantonese/mandarin) & English
-Experience in Banking/Finance industry
-1 year experience in Event Support/ Administration Support
